In my point of view, this method/technology really helps those busy people to allocate their own job time. Which provides people the flexible hours for their job working time.
From marketing point of view, Australian unemployment rate increased to 5.7% which means there are at least 5 people can not find the job out of 100. People who do not have a job will leads to lots of problems, which is not only about themselves but also about the county. For example, the increasing financial support form government to those people. People can not find a job sometimes does not mean they do not have the ability or education to find the job, like those 5 people some of them can not find their job due to their lack of time.
In my view this online job time allocating system can really help lots of people in the future. And also provide lots of Marketing talents in the business area which could create a bright future for all of us!
Sometimes they just need a chance!
